When does art start?

Art is visually interesting.  When you look at a piece an artist has created you are often challenged to understand the concept, idea or motivation that the artist is attempting to convey.  What is often lost to the observer is the process of creation.  The above video shows how the creation process is as much part of the art as the final product and often it is as, if not more, beautiful and inspiring as the finished work.
